What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and other communication platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions to resolve their issues
- Researching and resolving complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
What You'll Need
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the pet industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to collaboration and mutual support
