Responsibilities
- Develop analytical and reporting frameworks
- Create and deliver recurring management reporting and deepdive analysis
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams
- Design and develop data models
- Analyze financial data sets to discover underlying correlations and trends
- Create new customer segments to drive business initiatives
- Identify and track Key Performance Indicators
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards
- Present findings and results to key stakeholders
- Conduct continuous review to streamline reporting and analytic portfolio
- Develop center of excellence and best practices for business reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with data governance partners to maintain strong risk controls and governance
Skills
- Requires a Master's in Analytics, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- One (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) years as a Specialist Revenue Management, Assistant Manager, or a related occupation
- One (1) year of experience with: data analysis using programming languages including SQL, Python, and VBA
- Dashboarding, reporting, and visual analytics using business intelligence tool including Tableau and QlikView
- Applying revenue management principles to drive revenue
- Database principles for designing, curating, and wrangling data in environments including SQL server and datalakes
- Crafting a narrative from data and analysis to deliver concise messaging for business leadership
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Leveraging statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to develop solutions for business problems
- Utilizing cloud-based technologies and platforms
- Analyzing client survey data including Net promotor score to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
