[Remote] Virtual Legal Support Assistant (“Direct Support”)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP is seeking a Virtual Legal Support Assistant to work remotely and assist with sensitive case-related assignments. The role involves maintaining client case lists, processing incoming mail and court filings, as well as handling vendor invoices and expense reimbursements.

Responsibilities

  • Polished and professional office communication – you are a visible representative of the VLS Department and must present in a polished and professional manner at all times
  • Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists
  • Save & Distribute Incoming Mail
  • Download and save court ECF filings using firm naming conventions
  • Process Vendor Invoices using Chrome River software
  • Process Expense Reimbursements using Chrome River software
  • Ad Hoc projects such as: large PDF bookmarking projects and large OCR projects

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strength in MS Teams preferred; previous remote work experience preferred
  • IManage, Chrome River and Kofax experience preferred
  • Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
