[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LearnWell helps behavioral health hospitals by providing high-quality educational programs for school-age patients. We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative who can help us expand our academic services to hospitals and treatment facilities across the United States, generating new sales leads and executing sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Research calls
- Adding contacts to our CRM
- General research emails
- Discovery calls with targets to identify pain points
- Maintain a clean CRM
- Personalized emails when the ideal customer has been identified
- Ultimately scheduling qualification meetings with partnership consultants
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required (sales or marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a business development function
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Excellent phone, writing and listening skills
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role
- Interest in healthcare and/or education
- Travel is up to 20% as needed
- LearnWell is a Boston based company. The ideal candidate will live within an hour of Boston and have reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred, but not required
