[Remote] Remote Benefit Agent
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-driven professionals to join their growing remote team. In this role, you’ll help veterans, union members, and working families protect their financial futures through life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to identify members’ insurance and financial protection needs
- Present customized life and supplemental insurance solutions
- Guide members through the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Provide ongoing policy support, reviews, and claims assistance
- Maintain strict compliance with state and federal insurance regulations
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using technology and managing a virtual workflow
- Solution-oriented with a client-first mindset
- Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Sales experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
