Assistant Media Planner
Wonderful Agency is the full-service, award-winning, in-house agency that creates marketing communications for iconic brands. The Assistant Media Planner will support the development, execution, and optimization of media campaigns while gaining hands-on exposure to research, consumer insights, and media strategy.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights
- Monitor and interpret trends across the media landscape
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, execute, and manage campaigns across all media channels
- Interact with global media partners and help build strong working relationships
- Learn how to take campaigns from concept to execution, including the nuances of planning, negotiating, and stewarding media buys
- Develop an understanding of industry standards, processes, emerging tools and platforms, and foundational negotiation tactics
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a strong emphasis in Excel
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Inquisitive nature and interest in current trends and consumer behavior
- Strong math skills required, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and data
- Self-disciplined, energetic and motivated
- Ability to apply past learning/experiences to new projects
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
