[Remote] Remote Credit Union Benefit Representative

They are seeking Remote Entry-Level Managing Agents to conduct consultations, assess financial needs, and provide benefit solutions to members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily phone consultations with members from our established database
• Assess financial needs and present appropriate life and supplemental benefit solutions
• Clearly explain coverage options and guide members through the enrollment process
• Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns
• Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
• Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
