Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

Preferred Qualifications

* Certification as a Help Desk Professional to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field

  • Experience with multiple system tools and technologies to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
