Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support through live chat platforms. You'll engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your primary objective will be to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by responding promptly and professionally to their needs.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers via live chat platforms to provide prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Delivering high-quality customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and providing appropriate and timely solutions
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, policies, and procedures to address a wide range of customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues and escalate them as necessary
  • Assisting with order processing, payment inquiries, and product recommendations
  • Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns
  • Providing accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent chat conversations
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing live chat systems and CRM platforms
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma or equivalent
