Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide creative solutions to complex customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on providing creative solutions to complex customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of the pet industry and arenaflex's products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
