Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Methodology Transformation and Innovation

This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys that include 40+ studies, translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
The Senior Statistics Architect Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of the VOC methodology. Your primary duties will include:
- Helping to improve and maintain the new VOC technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller.
- Collaborating closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the agile team in technology to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
- Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
- Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
- Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
- Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
