What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding experiences for our customers. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers: You'll interact with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Research and problem-solve: You'll use your critical thinking skills to determine the best solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to ensure issues are resolved.

What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless interactions.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to juggle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve complex issues.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as required to meet business needs.
- Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to meet the necessary requirements for a KY Rx Tech license and pass a background check.
