We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As the voice of arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and field partners, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and educating our customers about our innovative products.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and field partners
  • Efficiently accessing and entering data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers
  • Skillfully communicating to understand customer concerns, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of action to resolve the issue
  • Answering use and care questions, educating customers about our products, and maximizing their enjoyment and use of our innovative line of products
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service, negotiating to a solution that is mutually beneficial to the customer and arenaflex

Key Qualifications

* Exceptional customer service skills, with a polished and professional style and delivery

  • Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or other advanced education a plus, but not required. High school diploma or GED a must
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required, product support experience preferred
  • Availability for onsite training in Goodyear, AZ for 3 months, Monday - Friday (Month One: 8:00am – 5:00 p.m., Month Two: ¾ time with varied hours)
  • After initial training period, part-time schedule will be for 25-29 hours per week, with days and times varying each week

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in multiple software programs, including CRM systems and data entry software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products, systems, and processes
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
