Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our products and services. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, and a full benefits package upon permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed
  • Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
  • Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. You should have previous customer service experience and be comfortable sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to train in Salesforce are also required. Additionally, you should have basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and be able to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects. A High School Diploma or GED is necessary for this position.
