Job Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their arenaflex accounts, products, and services

Requirements
