The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers who share your passion for customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be put to the test as you handle customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging your active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types via inbound calls
- Utilize probing question skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to provide top-notch service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience
What We Offer
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
- All technical equipment needed to be successful to work remotely

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements to Work from Home
To ensure a seamless and secure work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app for company communications
