Key Responsibilities

As a part-time remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating data entry tasks and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless data management processes
• Developing and implementing data item strategies that align with business objectives and targets
• Examining and managing data gap analysis for financial data structure, integrating data from various sources into a modernized platform
• Creating and following schedules, budgets, acceptance standards, and service levels
• Working with key stakeholders to develop data item techniques that meet financial objectives and targets
• Maintaining strong communication with colleagues to ensure accurate data entry and timely delivery of data items

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in data entry, including directly leading design assets and studios
• Experience in data item management, with a focus on financial items or solutions
• Strong data visualization, planning, and documentation skills, following the full data delivery life cycle of business engagement through to accurate, legal, and actual data planning and project delivery; supporting specialty units data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence/ML needs
• Profound technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK)
• Experience with streaming data handling concepts, including cluster and real-time in-the-moment understanding creation and distribution
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including executives
• A strong foundation of best practices and standards in data and design
• Profound technical expertise in data design delivery practices, able to address skills and cycles to different levels of the organization
• Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree and additional work experience

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms, such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance regulations
