About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our customer success team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our growing community of holistic practitioners, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience on our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to tickets and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Track client payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date
  • Host live onboarding and support calls over Zoom to ensure that practitioners are successfully integrated onto our platform
  • Perform a variety of random tasks that arise in a startup environment, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing feedback to our product development team
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in holistic healthcare, and apply this knowledge to improve our customer support services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A growth mindset and a passion for wellness and mission alignment
  • Sharp communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • An autonomous, self-starter attitude and a figure-it-out approach to problem-solving
