Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for serving our customers over the telephone in a call-center environment. Our accredited Customer Service Representative (CSR) training program will fully prepare you for this role, and you will have the opportunity to work with a live trainer in small class sizes. Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional service and support
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working in a fast-paced call-center environment with varying shifts, including mid-shift (12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a background and drug screen. You should also have strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment
  • 1 year of experience working in a call center
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
