Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a similar industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer requests and priorities
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
