Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Airline Operations Support

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding experiences to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Mastering information on all arenaflex terminal activities cycles and methodology
  • Providing exceptional support to the terminals team in resolving queries and exploring processes
  • Collaborating with crewmembers to identify issues in the field and ensuring timely resolution
  • Guaranteeing terminal crewmembers' calls/messages receive a response in 3 minutes or less
  • Handling requests related to terminal tasks frameworks, including the Booking and Takeoff Control Framework

Proficient Issue Resolution

* Addressing framework functional inquiries promptly

  • Collaborating with IT or colleagues to resolve issues as quickly as possible
  • Examining delays and service disappointments and escalating to arenaflex Activities Initiative

IRROPS Coordination

* Coordinating all terminal exercises during IRROPS

  • Acting as the customer advocate by creating plans for the best customer outcome
  • Providing timely updates and information to Dispatch/Support Control and impacted terminals
  • Developing redirection recovery plans and proactively monitoring landing area times to prevent administrative breaches
  • Sending Situation Reports (SITREPs) to functional leaders and partners during IRROPS

Customer Service

* Ensuring ideal declarations and conveniences for customers during IRROPS

  • Initiating and leading telephone calls with authorities
  • Providing customer recovery requirements to the terminals and the Customer Service Center (CSC)
  • Sending SMS messages to customers during IRROPS to keep them informed about delays, cancellations, or redirection recovery plans

Continuous Improvement

* Collaborating with OCC Administrators, Terminal Operations, Flight Operations, Inflight, Maintenance, and the CSC to continuously improve processes

  • Driving the development of IRROPS arrangements and cycles
  • Regularly contributing to the arenaflex Activities Support Playbook

Accountability and Authority

* Advancing cycles to improve and smooth out IROPS

  • Making choices on customer recovery efforts during IROPS
  • Corresponding across all activities divisions

* Mastering information on terminal activities and interdepartmental cycle streams

  • Ability to identify concerns or trends and proactively issue tackle while driving for excellence
  • Self-drive and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
