Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Element Driver Support team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You'll provide world-class customer service to clients and drivers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer support to clients and drivers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handling calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues.
  • Striving for first call resolution and exhibiting applicable empathy during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Assessing customer needs, clarifying information, researching any issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Working effectively in a team environment and providing back-up support for administrative tasks when needed.
  • Regularly attending work during scheduled shifts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service work experience, with contact center experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • The ability to consider and incorporate perspectives from others.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Telecommuting Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need:
