Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Panama-based team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supporting our team across all disciplines, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and collaborating with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to enhance crew performance and create high-quality games.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our crew to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our development process
- Work with our team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline, implement the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team
- Assist, develop, and preserve arenaflex's present set of engine-specific and custom gear that we use every day
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our development technique across disciplines
- Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear
- Build and guide custom asset pipelines
- Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
Essential Qualifications
* A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
- Enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle: coming across issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Enjoy operating with custom standalone gear
- Enjoy growing gear which can be utilized by many game development disciplines
- Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
- Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with custom game engines
- Unreal or Unity experience
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech
- Familiarity with required utility materials
