Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and UX designers, to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Expertise: Be the go-to data expert on our team, providing expert guidance on data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

• Data Storytelling: Combine business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations and tell compelling data stories.
• Data Exploration: Continuously discover and explore new data sources, identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and drive business growth.
• Data Platform Design: Help design and implement a new CX data platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.
• Ad Hoc Analytics: Provide ad hoc analytics support to business stakeholders, developing custom reports and dashboards to meet their needs.
• Data Visualization: Create engaging and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, empowering business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
• SQL Query Development: Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries that power our dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
• Data Cleansing and Validation: Ensure data quality and integrity by developing and implementing data cleansing and validation processes.
• Data Load Scripts: Prepare data load scripts for mass data loads from various data sources, ensuring efficient and accurate data transfer.
