As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various creation strategies, including clearances, to ensure seamless production and distribution of our content.

Job Responsibilities

As a Clearance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Coordinating and managing creation strategies, including clearances, for all programming content
  • Ensuring that all creation strategies falling under your purview are in compliance with legal, financial, risk management, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with production teams, opportunity managers, and legal advisors to resolve complex issues and ensure timely delivery of content
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clearances, permits, and other relevant documentation
  • Providing support and guidance to production teams on clearance-related matters
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to clearances and other creation strategies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience in managing clearances and other creation-related strategies, preferably in the TV/film industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently on critical tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in managing clearances and other creation-related strategies, preferably in the TV/film industry
  • Strong knowledge of copyright laws and regulations
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders, including production teams, opportunity managers, and legal advisors
