Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare operations by accurately and efficiently processing patient data, managing electronic health records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Triaging customer service demands by office, urgency, and data/response required
• Verifying and confirming the correct measurements given solutions
• Assisting with checking on the opiate Rx's are back in an ideal way
• Providing administering drug specialists with data regarding sensitivities and medication associations, helpful duplications, and different things that the PC banners
• Maintaining precise client records
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
