Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for customer service roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Utilize a variety of methods to source and attract candidates, such as job boards, social media, and networking
  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit for customer service roles
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process

Essential Qualifications
