Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will:

• Enroll existing client customers in mail order pharmacy
• Educate client customers on cost-saving benefits
• Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
• Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound/outbound calls
• Educate customers regarding client products and/or services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Your Qualifications:

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) role include:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to use sales rebuttals
• At least 6 months of experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 20 WPM
• A passion for helping others
