Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, report compilation, filing, and communication with various departments. You'll also have the opportunity to utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Enter daily work orders into systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Report Compilation: Assemble and reconcile reports, utilizing industry software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Filing and Clerical Duties: Maintain organized filing systems, perform copying, faxing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience and Qualifications

* Organizing and Prioritizing Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of data entry experience, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm, in an operations or similar service environment.
  • Office Clerk Experience: At least 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific software and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

* Microsoft Excel Experience: At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and functions.

  • Recycling Experience: Experience in recycling or a related field, although not necessary, is highly valued.

Physical Demands

* Office Environment: Ability to work in a standard office environment, with regular use of a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse.

  • Physical Activity: Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of office equipment or supplies.

Benefits and Compensation

* Competitive Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
