Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our passengers have a positive and stress-free travel experience. You will be responsible for providing expert support to our airport teams, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing operational issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master information and backing: Exhibit master information on all arenaflex airport activities cycles and methodology, provide ideal support to the Airports team in resolving questions and navigating processes, and associate Crewmembers to available resources to determine issues in the field.
  • Proficient issue goal: Address framework functional inquiries promptly, collaborate with IT or colleagues to resolve issues as quickly as possible, and examine delays and service failures and raise to Airport Operations Initiative.
  • IRROPS coordination: Coordinate all airport activities during IRROPS, act as the Client advocate by creating plans for the best Client outcome, and communicate relevant data and challenges to Dispatch/Support Control and impacted airports speedily.
  • Client assistance: Ensure ideal declarations and conveniences for Clients during IRROPS, initiate and lead telephone calls with Authority, and communicate Client Recovery requirements to the Airports and the Client Service Center (CSC).
  • Continuous improvement: Work collaboratively with OCC Administrators, Airport Operations, Flight Operations, Inflight, Maintenance, and the CSC to constantly improve processes, drive the development of IRROPS planning and cycles, and routinely contribute to the Airport Operations Support Playbook.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Master information on airport activities and interdepartmental cycle stream
  • Capacity to identify concerns or patterns and proactively issue tackle while driving for excellence
  • Self-drive and ability to work independently with little management
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Solid communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to influence performance
  • Independent judgment and trustworthy thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage complexity to identify underlying drivers and foster effective and straightforward solutions

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the air travel industry
