Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and development of written content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, and social media.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new content ideas and strategies.
  • Provide support to the helpdesk team by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research to gather information and insights for content development and customer support.
  • Maintain organized records of writing projects and helpdesk interactions for future reference.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on content and customer service improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in writing and customer support.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts, with availability for part-time or full-time hours.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in writing or customer service is a plus, but not required.
