  • Experience building scalable HR and people systems in a multi-unit environment
  • Strong background in talent strategy, recruiting models, and workforce planning
  • Proven success rolling out leadership development, training, and structured onboarding
  • Skilled at culture design, engagement strategies, and retention tools
  • Solid understanding of labor law, wage and hour, safety, and general compliance
  • Ability to create, track, and drive accountability through HR KPIs
  • Comfortable partnering directly with founders and Operations leadership
  • Experience supporting multiple brands and leaders across several states
  • Able to bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution when needed Daily Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a 1–3 year People & Organizational Development roadmap
  • Strengthen bench depth through workforce planning and predictable promotion pipelines
  • Guide performance management rhythms and elevate manager capability
  • Create scalable onboarding, training, and leadership development frameworks
  • Design culture, engagement, and retention initiatives across all concepts
  • Standardize HR processes, tools, and documentation for organizational scale Head of People & Organizational Development – Preferred Background & Skills:
  • Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Track record of reducing turnover and improving leadership capability
  • Experience implementing HR tech and people analytics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence operators and field leaders
