Mortgage Loan Officer – Remote (Experienced & Underproducing, or Transitioning LOs)

We’re hiring full-time Mortgage Loan Officers who are already licensed and have closed at least one loan, but may be feeling stuck, under-supported, or ready for a change. With rates dropping, refinance opportunities are back in play and purchase demand is staying strong. - How to work high-quality purchase and refinance leads effectively
- How to structure and present loans in a broker model
- How to market yourself and leverage social media for borrower growth
- How to close efficiently with the help of an experienced backend team What You’ll Do After Training
- Originate loans across your licensed states
- Follow up with provided inbound leads (purchase and refi)
- Collect borrower documents and complete applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure, submit, and close loans
- Represent yourself professionally across digital platforms What We’re Looking For
- Active NMLS license
- At least 1 funded loan in your career (not open to newly licensed candidates with no production)
- Willing to work hard, follow a proven structure, and stay coachable
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
