Job Summary We're seeking a talented Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our team in Bridgeton, MO. As a key member of our digital advertising team, you will be responsible for supporting the creation, optimization, and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including paid social, paid search, shopping, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with paid digital media campaign execution, including paid social, paid search, shopping, discovery, video, and more.
  • Review existing campaigns and analyze keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, and creative elements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop new campaigns, manage automation, audience targeting, and stay up-to-date with in-market trends.
  • Optimize bids, investigate budgets, test creative assets, and plan and submit creative requests.
  • Ensure consistency with brand safety and suitability standards.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and opportunities for growth using various tools.
  • Monitor and present emerging practices in the ever-evolving world of digital media.
  • Closely monitor and continuously optimize campaigns to align with performance objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in digital advertising or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite/Google Slides.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, including paid social, paid search, and shopping.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
