Responsibilities

Include Implement strategic recruitment initiatives to identify top talent

  • Conduct professional interviews using structured scripts and digital platforms
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing to generate high-quality leads
  • Guide candidates through the onboarding process with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with a dynamic global team across various time zones
  • Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
  • Provide 1 on 1 coaching/mentoring to team members, usually delivered online via zoom, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
