As a recognized and experienced expert in this fast-growing business, you'll advise your customers from the initial contact to the long-term development of a partnership. You'll act on the same level as senior decision-makers on the customer side and define holistic marketing strategies, leveraging all of Southwest Airlines' innovative advertising solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Build and Manage Sales Pipelines: Ensure that revenue targets are met by developing and executing effective sales strategies.• Present and Sell Advertising Products: Present and sell Southwest Airlines Advertising products, including brand placements, targeting, and direct response advertising.• Develop and Deliver Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and deliver clear strategies for revenue growth, maximizing client relationships and building their businesses with Southwest Airlines.• Grow Relationships: Grow relationships at all levels within agencies and increase understanding of how Southwest Airlines can create deeper partnerships with both agencies and advertisers.• Collaborate with Account Managers: Collaborate with Account Managers to provide the highest level of customer service to all clients.• Analyze and Problem-Solve: Analyze quantitatively and problem-solve to ensure the achievement of short- and long-term objectives.A Day in the LifeAs an Advertising Sales Expert at Southwest Airlines, you'll work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of account managers, analysts, designers, and other operational teams to drive sustainable success for our advertiser customers. You'll be responsible for managing your sales pipeline independently, gaining a deep understanding of the needs of major global consumer electronics brands, and developing convincing solutions.RequirementsBasic Qualifications:• Certificado de Discapacidad: Hold a Certificado de Discapacidad issued by the Administration in Spain, pursuant to Royal Decree 1/2013, Nov 29, approving the Spanish PwD Act (express legal provision to reserve 2%).• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in online marketing-related positions.• Track Record: Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business.• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and externally.• Analytical Skills: An ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve.• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.Preferred Qualifications:• Prior Experience: Prior experience with a digital marketer, a media agency, or a marketing responsibility in a top consumer company.• Leadership Skills: Self-motivated team player with refined and assertive leadership skills.• Ability to Influence: Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines.• Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel-path projects.What We OfferAt Southwest Airlines, we're committed to providing a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
