Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry in EMR systems, including preparing information for data entry and performing entry-level support for the data entry function
  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing high-volume data entry work and completing clerical functions or data entry jobs
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Reviewing and confirming data before entry, performing daily audits, and making data entry adjustments as needed
  • Training new data entry employees on computer systems and ensuring that data entry is accurate and complete
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or formal education in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office and data entry software
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Knowledge of EMR systems and data entry software
  • Certification in a related field, such as medical billing or coding
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
