Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also handling data entry and other administrative tasks. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and manage patient data. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Handle data entry and administrative tasks, including processing prescriptions, managing patient data, and resolving customer inquiries
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues, while also identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes to accurately enter patient and medication data
  • Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
  • Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
  • Settle all information entry-related exceptions
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in data entry and customer service tasks

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online

  • Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
