Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Representative
As a Pre-Licensed Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to find creative solutions to consumer concerns.
Your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
* Providing support to policyholders with policy changes requested
* Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Pre-Licensed Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred)
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with the following specifications:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
