Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Email Customer Service in an online ticket response system, providing timely and effective support to our customers
• Working with best-answer templates to ensure that all customer interactions are professional and efficient
• Participating in online training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with our team to achieve our business objectives and goals
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and data, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity

Task Requirements

This is a telecommuting position, and you'll be required to have a PC/MAC that's no more than 3-4 years old. You'll also need to have a secure internet connection, either through your own 3G or 4G network or a private internet service provider. You'll be responsible for your own data usage and will need to ensure that your equipment meets our minimum technical requirements.
