The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you'll be responsible for leading the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty teams to drive process improvements, optimize application performance, and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across arenaflex, including business leaders, engineers, and customer experience teams
- Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within arenaflex
- Work with our Advanced Analytics Community (DOC) to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions that drive business value
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with a focus on web and cloud application development
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on storytelling and visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business value and improving customer experiences
- Experience working with large data sets, including data warehousing and ETL processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, data science, or business analytics
- Experience with advanced analytics tools, such as Palantir, Google Analytics, or AWS Redshift
- Strong experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong experience with data governance and data quality, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and integrity
