About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fantastic service over the phone, via email, chat, and other communication channels as needed
  • Utilize computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties
  • Escalate critical orders and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills
  • The ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues
  • A solid work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry

Remote Work Requirements:

To work remotely for arenaflex, you'll need to:

  • Be a resident of Michigan
  • Have high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Have a cellular phone
