About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in verifying our customers' rent payments with their landlords, ensuring that they receive the credit they deserve. This is a unique opportunity to work in a relationship and service-centric business, where your excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify customers' rent payments with their landlords via phone and other communication channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the customer success team to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with computers, including email and internet search. You should also have:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in a sales role (e.g., call center, retail, services)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate and influence
  • No fear of talking to customers via phone and a strong ability to build relationships
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

The following skills and experience are highly desirable and will be given priority:

  • Verifiable inbound call center experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM applications
  • Bilingual Spanish skills

What We Offer

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation plan, with a non-California CSR base hourly range of $13-$16 per hour and a California employee range of $17-$20 per hour. Our full-time employees are also eligible to participate in our company health, dental, and vision plans, as well as our FSA, paid time off, and 401K.
