The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing superior, friendly, and efficient transactions to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, interacting directly with our clients to understand their needs, resolve their issues, and provide them with the support and information they require. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge will enable you to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating the arenaflex portfolio of products and services

  • Answer incoming calls for events and subscriptions, general questions, provide information and resolution for the customer
  • Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Notify Manager of any known customer problems and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
  • Continuously build product knowledge and skills, pursue daily on-the-job training and development opportunities with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
  • Other related duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B customer service or sales experience
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of software products
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of computer skills (PC)
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote work environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
