Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be empowered to resolve their issues and provide solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Empower customers to achieve their goals and make their lives easier
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales and customer service problems
  • Provide a first tier of customer support, responding to forwarded customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and provide solutions to customer problems

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer problems
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide solutions to customer problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote customer service environment

  • High tech experience, preferably in a software or fintech company
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
