Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a team environment
• Flair for communication in English, both spoken and written, with a strong English medium background
• Expert-level computer experience with documents, sheets, and web applications

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and a multi-tasker, with superior time management skills

• Shift timing: 9pm - 6am (IST, M-F), with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
