Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our claims coordination team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative and staff support services, ensuring the smooth operation of our claims management systems. This is a remote position, and we'll provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties. U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
  • Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to provide valuable insights to our team
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
