Position Overview
As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with program staff, and providing exceptional support to our Energy Services Programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
- Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
- Perform related work as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
- Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using database systems and cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working with non-profit organizations or human services agencies.
- Familiarity with energy assistance programs and services.
- Knowledge of program guidelines and regulations related to energy services.
- Experience using Monday.com and other database systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication.
