In this full-time role, you will be responsible for effectively processing inbound calls, verifying demographic information, and initiating requests for medical transportation. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will provide quality service by reviewing account status, taking appropriate action, and ensuring customer satisfaction through rapid response to inquiries and requests. Key Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls, verify basic demographic information, and accurately enter data to provide transportation services
  • Maintain control of conversations, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
  • Interface with callers from diverse backgrounds, including representatives of health plans, medical providers, medical facilities, transportation vendors, and the general public
  • Generate courtesy calls and data records to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provide high-quality customer interactions, adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and complete conversation and data records
  • Effectively handle calls, meeting performance standards within a short period of completing the training program
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Performance Expectations

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to meet the following performance standards:

  • Achieve 5:00 talk time or less per call
  • Handle a minimum of 1100 calls per month
  • Maintain a QA score of 95.00% or higher

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college education preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer care processes and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to learning styles to meet client needs
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional listening, technical, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through verbal and written means
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships
  • Ability to multi-task, complete tasks within deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to function without continuous supervision
  • Proficient in using computers and various software packages
  • Flexible, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires:

  • Sitting for extended periods
  • Reading computer screens, mail, and email
  • Talking on the phone for extended periods
  • Ability to unpack and move supplies up to 30 pounds
