Purpose of the Position

The primary purpose of this role is to process data requests by accurately adding and correcting entries in a specific database or computer application. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy, responding to inquiries regarding entered data, and ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Send authorization forms to members through our FOS system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Review forms for authentication, including verification of FN, LN, DOB, ID, Address, and validity in CDB, to maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure all document requirements are completed and forms are signed and dated, adhering to regulatory and company standards.
  • Enter necessary information into clinical applications, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fulfill/send forms to members through our FOS, including selecting the correct kit, to ensure efficient and accurate processing.

Qualifications and Experience

* Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Highly productive and efficient work ethic, with excellent punctuality and adherence to scheduled hours.
  • Ability to focus during work hours without excessive breaks or distractions, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and databases, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
